The last day of competition the competitors were:

200M Back, Ben Foster, Harvey Jones, Amy West, Kate Butler
50M Fly, Jake Clappison, Tilly Holt
800M Free, Alisha Hawkins.


Over the course of the morning PBs were recorded by all swimmers,.Ben Foster swam 2:23.63 finishing 5th in his heat. Harvey Jones touched in 2:15.43 a 4 second PB and qualified for the final.
Amy West swam a PB in a time of 2:29.89 qualifying her for the final, Next Kate Butler swam a PB of 2:26.19 also to qualify for the backstroke final.
In the 50M butterfly heats Jake Clappison and Tilly Holt both recorded PBs of 27.03 and 29.38 earning their places in the finals.

Alisha Hawkins swam in the final heat of the morning session the 800 freestyle posting a time of 9:16.20 a 7 second PB earning her a gold medal.


Jake Clappison swam a time of 27.39 finishing 7th in the 50M fly final. 

Tilly Holt swam her 50M fly touching in a time of 29.76 in 9th position. Harvey Jones the swam in the 200M backstroke final finishing 6th in a close finish. Amy West swam in the 200M Backstroke and touched in 9th place in a time of 2:32.40. The final Metro swimmer of the meet was Kate Butler in the 200M Backstroke final who touched in third place earning a bronze medal in another PB of 2:24.43.
